Reach for the stars

"...so if you fall, you land on a cloud"
sorry. Couldn't help singing it.
Anyway, one of my favourite collections this winter is - obvioulsy - Dolce&Gabbana. In fact, when you look back on ss 2011, who are the stars? Prada, yes, but also Dolce&Gabbana, with its stunning white lace clothes inspired by Sicily and italians old school women, which have reached every magazine and inspired any other brand and especially retail brands, with the speed of light. Now, you can easily notice how also stars are the absolute protagonists this season. And also sequins! I used to think they were kind of tacky but now I just love them, I never believed they'd look so great.

I'm gonna have the Stendhal syndrome right now

Let's play a game: rate this collection 1 out of 10. I'd rate 10... thousands.
D&G is (one of) the best, that's all I have to say.

HOP!

On the Moon we don't have trampolines (which I love), because of a gravity thing I don't really understand 'cause I'm not good at science, but if I want to jump/fly/have some fun like a little kid I just wear my Adidas by Jeremy Scott and get the party started!
By the way, don't you love that Christopher Kane top? I think he secretly made it for me because it's simply perfect. The dream of every extraterrestrial girl!

A collection we can't refuse

I'm literally in love with the new Dolce&Gabbana collection. I can't decide whether this one's my favourite of the season, or the Prada one. This one represents Italy in a particular way, especially Sicily. Well, as you should know Stefano Gabbana is from Milan, but Domenico's a southern italian (like me! YAY), as we say: he's a terrone. And the couple put everything they could to make the "terronest" (lol it sounds horrible) collection ever.
The outfit at the center is my favourite of the collection. Then, to represent better the southern italian concept I also drew laces at the edges (our grandmas were so good at laces), cannoli's, the Godfather, the typical bald countryside... and in the end, what's the name of that beautiful bag? Miss Sicily, of course. :)

Fresh Prince(sses)

I've always dreamed to bring back the 90's as a trend. And, as a lover of that fashion, I love the new D&G's AW collection. Have you seen it? I love it, yes, but don't like everything of it. I'm not really into the dresses and the "heeled" sneakers, but the jackets and the coats... AMAZING! I love absolutely all of them, even the orange one with the fur. And I swear, one day (and may that day come as soon as possible) I will have this jacket:

...spiced up with a pair of round sunglasses and huge platforms under my feet.
What about the fluffy/fuzzy skirts? Can I say that they're just magnificent?

Wouldn't you love to proudly walk in one of these?
They love them right here on the Moon :)
