Never mind the bollocks

Each spring, I don't know why, I systemathically go through a punk/rock period and now, the time has come. I'm so much into Sex Pistols, and talking about style, I feel like I need any kind of studded stuff. Plus I've always loved Agyness's typical british style, with her hats, boots, plaid shirts, blazers fulfilled with an incredible indie/rock allure. So inspiring!

A collection we can't refuse

I'm literally in love with the new Dolce&Gabbana collection. I can't decide whether this one's my favourite of the season, or the Prada one. This one represents Italy in a particular way, especially Sicily. Well, as you should know Stefano Gabbana is from Milan, but Domenico's a southern italian (like me! YAY), as we say: he's a terrone. And the couple put everything they could to make the "terronest" (lol it sounds horrible) collection ever.

The outfit at the center is my favourite of the collection. Then, to represent better the southern italian concept I also drew laces at the edges (our grandmas were so good at laces), cannoli's, the Godfather, the typical bald countryside... and in the end, what's the name of that beautiful bag? Miss Sicily, of course. :)

B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

I knew it. I knew this was going to be the main collection of the season!

There is no magazine I see without that pink and black skirt on the cover, Tommy Ton's pictures are constellated with bananas and striped furs, and I also knew that Anna Dello Russo was going to be rockin' one of them.

Wanna talk about the shoes? They are... well, it's difficult to say. They may appear ugly, but incredibly fabulous at the same time. I hope someday I'll be able to walk in one of them grey wedges with the pink and white sole. Pray for me! :P
