Happy birthday, Gaga!

Today my favourite singer blows out 25 candles :)

so I've made this "tribute" to her, with one of the outfits I love the most: the meat dress. Brilliant.

She's been criticized a lot for it, but I actually don't see the point. I think it's just an original and odd expression of art, which is gonna be remembered for years and years and years. There's also a message behind it: "if we don't stand up for what we believe in and if we don't fight for our rights pretty soon we're gonna have as much rights as the meat on our bones. Aaaand, I am not a piece of meat".

New toy straight from Milan: my new Marc by Marc Jacobs skull necklace!

I love skulls, I love Marc Jacobs and I especially love the special items! Do you have any? They're fabulous: their cost is very low and they're just so adorable. When you don't know what to do, or you're so disappointed with yourself, maybe because you haven't find any of the thing you wanted to buy, get a special item, anyone, and you'll get the satisfaction you need. Guaranteed. <3
Plus, I have a good experience with them 'cause I usually find the ones I want the most in the Milan store. I have so many!
And plus, there is also a bar right next to the store: the Marc by Marc Jacobs Cafè. The name sounds great, doesn't it? The food is great, too. Last time I got a Coca-Cola... not a simple one. It was €4 (kinda a lot) but totally worth the money! The freshest, sweetest, fizziest, most satisfying Coca-Cola I've EVER drunk!

1) it's by Happiness is a $10 tee, which is a really cool brand. The store where I got it was full of t-shirts like this one! I was so undecided at first, but then I choose this one because...

2) ...there's Agyness on it, damn it! She's definitely my favourite model. She inspired my hair, of course :)

3) well, also, the picture is taken by Terry Richardson, my favourite photographer.

4) it's black and white. What else should I say?

Haha! Have you heard Katy Perry's new song E.T. featuring Kanye West? I'm sure you did, but if you didn't... well, do it.

I simply love it. Actually, how could a Moongirl not love it? And, the drawing? Yeah, about that, don't take me for a perv, please :) it's just that Kanye, despite a lot of people hate him, is like my God, my Buddah, my sun, my everything. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't love fashion as much as I do. So I just have to thank him for making my life better with, of course, his music and also for making me more than just a simple "fashionista". And most of all, I know the song is Katy Perry's, but seriously, I'd be more like a weirdo if I drew her instead of me.

Don't you think we look extraterrestrial? I'm wearing an amazing and futuristic Mugler dress, and we both are wearing Retrosuperfuture sunglasses, which we really have (they the best brithday present ever, I swear).

I was so excited when Katy sang it at the concert! Since it is a really cool song, everyone was jumping and I couldn't take good pictures (damn it!). But the performance was simply wonderful: the green laser lights, the dancers, the costumes, the words and the stars on the screens... unforgettable :)

Finally together... again!

One thing Megara and I have in common, among others, is that we both love lace and sangallo to death.

Whether black or white, it just looks so good. That's why I'm wearing a very terrestrial (and italian) outfit made of adorable skirt, jacket, top and sunglasses by Dolce&Gabbana, Jeffrey Campbell flowerfield-like Lita and a 2.55 that, well, looks good pretty on everything.
And doesn't also Meg look beautiful in that dress? Always Dolce&Gabbana, of course!

At the park

Is there anything better than sitting on the grass with your friends, in an incredible sunny day, playing Pokémon with your Nintendo DS? YES. 'cause the sun makes the screen completely dark and I couldn't see anything, and the rage could bring you to suicidal thoughts. Luckily there was my photographer friend taking pictures of myself!

and yes, it was sunny, probably one of the sunniest mornings I've ever seen, but it was cold at the same time. Don't you hate it!?

I made this post basically for three reasons:
1) I look too good in the peace sign picture

2) I love so much my round sunglasses I would marry them if I was born as a pair of Clubmasters

3) I love my new H&M messenger bag

A collection we can't refuse

I'm literally in love with the new Dolce&Gabbana collection. I can't decide whether this one's my favourite of the season, or the Prada one. This one represents Italy in a particular way, especially Sicily. Well, as you should know Stefano Gabbana is from Milan, but Domenico's a southern italian (like me! YAY), as we say: he's a terrone. And the couple put everything they could to make the "terronest" (lol it sounds horrible) collection ever.

The outfit at the center is my favourite of the collection. Then, to represent better the southern italian concept I also drew laces at the edges (our grandmas were so good at laces), cannoli's, the Godfather, the typical bald countryside... and in the end, what's the name of that beautiful bag? Miss Sicily, of course. :)

Megara and I decided to try on some pieces of the new AW collections, and the ones that looked best on us were the Balmain suit I'm wearing and Meg's Lanvin dress. Aren't they fabulous? They look came from another planet. Or galaxy. Maybe Pluto or NGC 4414.

I'm in love with the fur on the shoulders. This Balmain collection kinda surprised me 'cause I haven't seen any studded rock piece, but at the same time I think that it kept the typical Balmain style.

Fresh Prince(sses)

I've always dreamed to bring back the 90's as a trend. And, as a lover of that fashion, I love the new D&G's AW collection. Have you seen it? I love it, yes, but don't like everything of it. I'm not really into the dresses and the "heeled" sneakers, but the jackets and the coats... AMAZING! I love absolutely all of them, even the orange one with the fur. And I swear, one day (and may that day come as soon as possible) I will have this jacket:

...spiced up with a pair of round sunglasses and huge platforms under my feet.
What about the fluffy/fuzzy skirts? Can I say that they're just magnificent?

Wouldn't you love to proudly walk in one of these?
